About the Course
This 3 hour class is held in the back 2 rooms of 2B. Students will have 3 40-min learning blocks with 15 min snack and playtime breaks in between each class. Each week, they will spend their first class period learning about a different animal. Their second class will include a story read aloud, comprehension & writing activities and crafting. Their third class will be art. All 3 classes will be related to the animal of the week. All classes will have a 9-week schedule with topics and suggested continued learning.

Ms. Elise
Ms. Elise joined our team in 2024. She is a homeschool grad who earned her AA while completing high school. She has taught a range of classes and ages every day at CCL during the 24/25 school year, including the Thursday 4-7yr old nature class, which is similar to the Thursday class for 25/26. She is an amazing teacher and wonderful role model to our students.
