About the Course
Spanish is one of 3 rotational classes held on Tuesdays for students in grade 2-8. The other 2 classes are Geography and Critical Thinking. Students will rotate with their age group (2nd-4th, 4th-6th and 6th-8th) to their 3 45-min classes with a 15 min snack break between their first 2 classes and a 10min break between classes 2 and 3.
The first 9 weeks of Spanish will focus on vocabulary, basic phrases and conversations skills. All classes will have a 9-week schedule with topics and suggested continued learning. Digital versions of the curriculum we're using will be available on the website for enrolled students.

Mrs. Gina
Mrs. Gina has been a CCL parent since we opened in the Fall of 2022, and has been teaching with us since 2023. She taught Spanish during the 23/24 and 24/25 school years, and the music theory and composition class during the 24/25 school year. She is a wonderful, creative teacher who brings lots of fun and learning to her classes. We are lucky to have her!
